Raytheon Organics Return and Refund Policy

At Raytheon Organics, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Certain items are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, and items marked as non-returnable.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@raytheonorganics.com

Return Shipping

  • To return your product, you should mail your product to Address mentioned in Mail.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, and any health and personal care items once opened.

Raytheon Organics Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 7 business days. Expedited and priority shipping options are available at an additional cost.
  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

  • Raytheon Organics is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Raytheon Organics is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
